1) Adjust your posture.
Whatever sort of work you do the position that you are in will have a huge impact on how you feel.
There is a massive connection between our body and our mind so if you can get your body into a switched on, alert and comfortable state then your mind will follow suit.
If you are at a desk then sit up straight, have your feet flat on the floor and make sure your computer monitor is at a comfortable height so that you can sit tall.
If you are more active in your work and on the go then making sure you stand tall and have your muscles switched on will make all the difference.
2) Adjust your mindset.
Try to think about your intention in doing your work, who benefits from what you do?
The idea of serving others can be a great motivator so if you do a job that helps other people in some way then remembering this can help to keep you on track.
You may work in a job where there are a group of you working towards a common goal. Again remembering this and keeping it in mind can give you that much needed boost to keep going.
When you focus on the good that you do and help yourself to stay motivated you really will feel the benefits.
