Mindfulness is all about being present in the moment and it teaches us to really appreciate things as they happen.
Reflection is also an important part of Mindfulness. Stoping to think how we feel is at the core of being Mindful.
So this morning I was thinking about what the festivities have done for me. How have they left me feeling.
Appreciation is definitely the main feeling that I have been left with.
I so LOVE my life. I love that I have a lovely home and family. I love my routines. I even love my work. I love the healthy food that I eat and I totally love the support and love that I get from my lovely husband and gorgeous little boy Noah. They are AMAZING.
So I find myself looking forward to setting back down to our life. Christmas was great but I love every other day a lot too.
Stop for a moment today and see what Christmas has left you feeling. The chance to reflect may tell you more than you thought.
