Today was The Sunday Chill Out and the theme was More Positivity.
By the end of the session everyone had a smile on their face. The feedback forms confirmed that every single person who attended felt more positive after their time doing Meditation, Yoga and enjoying nourishing but delicious nibbles!
A really great way to think yourself into a more positive state of mind is to make more of the positive thoughts that you have and to let go of the negatives.
Although this might sound like a good plan in theory, you really need a practical way to get started.
Well, here goes…
If you have a positive thought then label it. Happy / Content / Engaged / Joyful – you get the idea.
If you have a negative thought then simply say Release to yourself.
Give it a go. You can do this in Meditation but also in everyday life.
