The Sunday Chill Out is simply just that! It is one of the most relaxing ways to start a Sunday and has much more benefit than staying in bed and having a lie-in!
Alex’s mindfulness session was a great introduction to understanding how to focus our minds, and be in the present.
Anna’s yoga session was a brilliant opportunity to get our minds, body and breathe working together.
All this was followed by a wonderful healthy buffet from Bryony!
I’d recommend this treat to anyone who is interested in creating a calm mind and better well being – Thanks Ladies, you are brilliant teachers.

I recently competed a six-week course of mindfulness with Alex. I decided to undertake the mindfulness sessions to help manage stress and anxiety as well as prepare for the birth of my first child.
Alex is a fabulous coach who creates a warm and welcoming environment. Each mindfulness session builds on the last and by the end of the course I was left with a comprehensive set of exercises and techniques that are enabling me to counter stress and anxiety in different ways (including how I approach my impending labour!)
Doing the sessions on a weekly basis has also helped me to prioritise practicing mindfulness on a daily basis. I really can’t thank Alex enough and would highly recommend the one to one sessions – they’re a great way of ensuring I prioritise ‘me time’ and they have already made a noticeable difference to how I see and experience both myself and the world around me on a daily basis.
I found the day enlightening. From an initially somewhat sceptical perspective, but open to seeing and finding out more, I found some of the techniques excellent for focussing on your mind and body – relaxing and de stressing as a result.
The food and the hospitality were superb.
On the journey to the lovely farmhouse I was a little nervous about what to expect. On arriving we were warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable instantly. During the start of the course we were given a real insight as to what the day would involve. Trust me that this is an experience that really does open your eyes. Through the day you notice how you are becoming more and more relaxed. You almost seem to become more at one with yourself. I can not say what impact it will have on my life in the future but I feel like I have had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
Super relaxing, a great way to start the New Year and to try and live more intentionally.
Lots of simple ideas and Alex’s enthusiasm for her subject really encourages a change of mind set!

I found the sessions eye opening in terms of providing practical techniques to de stress and reduce anxieties, The key will be to continue to practise and and refine. This could be a life changing experience – for the better!

Very good. I didn’t really know what to expect but I didn’t want to open my eyes after the exercises as it was so relaxing (normally I feel uneasy closing my eyes in front of others). Alex is very positive and I can tell she really believes in it. Some useful tips for labour and after birth once the baby is here.

Really very helpful and relaxing. I suffer from stress induced epilepsy and this session has reminded me to slow down little and to be a bit more mindful of trying to do too much in one day.
