Over the last year I have been reading lots about Minimalism. Yesterday I was having a chat with my friend about applying the concept of Minimalism to life.
To Minimalise our lives there are so many possible aspects, diet, wardrobe, social media… My focus at the moment is my daily routine. Like most people I am BUSY. And I crave being less busy.
Despite being busy Mindfulness helps to keep everything enjoyable. By taking mini moments of Mindfulness through the day I give myself that opportunity to come back to the here and now and to appreciate the moment.
But still I often have very busy days and on reflection I think I could love my Mindfulness even more if I had more FREE TIME.
Doing my blog every day is something I love but it does take time every day.
So as a bit of an EXPERIMENT I am going to take a blog break. I am going to try and quit being busy for a while.
I’m going to see how my days go when I am blog-less and less busy! And how I react to that free time.
