So today challenge yourself to take 2! Just 2 minutes really is enough to make a difference. And the best thing is it is SO simple!
Don’t put it off or delay just do it right now. Set the timer on your phone for 2 minutes.
Sit down with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
Start with a few deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Let your breathing return to normal.
Keep your focus on your breath.
Each time that you notice that your mind has wandered simply bring your attention back to your breath.
Once the timer goes off then just take a second or 2 longer to appreciate how you feel.
Remember this feeling so that you do it more often!
