Many local and national organisations arrange regular Revitalise Sessions in the workplace to helps staff to deal with stress, work more effectively and enjoy life more. These sessions can be tailored to fit in with current workplace themes.
Alex delivers Mindfulness sessions in schools for any age group (staff and pupils) and helps groups and individuals to realise the benefits of Mindful living. Stress management and improving cognitive skills are often at the heart of these sessions. Teacher training day sessions are available and any time slot ca be accommodated.
Occasional free charitable sessions are available locally. Please get in touch if you are keen to come along and give it a go. Charnwood Borough Council often administrate these sessions.
If you and a group of friends fancy getting together for a session then get in touch. Yoga can combine with the Mindfulness to create a unique relaxing, feel good, get together. Delicious healthy food can also be provided.
