On our Revitalise day today we really focussed on revitalising food. Food that makes us feel good and look good and tastes absolutely amazing! Everything we had was food proven to make us happy…and it did!
Our lovely chef Bryonny excels in creating interesting and varied food combinations that are a real treat. We had spiralised courgette in beautiful salads that fooled people into thinking they contained noodles or pasta. We had amazing peppers stuffed with brown rice and vegetables. The wild salmon skewers were a real winner. The fruit salad and orange cake for pudding filled the tiniest hold that was left. A glass of cheeky vino made sure we got our boost on antioxidants, from the grapes of course!
Eating healthy food has so many pay offs. You are left with a clear mind rather than being riddled by guilt. Your digestive system works better. You are energised and ready to go.
