I saw my friend today and she showed me a whole list of her resolutions.
Drink more water
plus another 20!
They were great resolutions, spot on.
The real difficulty though is to remember your resolutions.
We all intend to do everything better but unless we remember at the relevant time our good intentions turn into frustration and maybe even feelings of failure.
A great way to remember more often is to put the resolutions on post it notes in appropriate places.
Perhaps the drink more water next to the kettle.
Maybe the more sleep next to the TV.
The Eat better note could be on the fridge or the treat cupboard.
This way you are SO much more likely to remember your resolutions.
Once you remember your resolutions more often they will become habits. Then you may not be quite so reliant on your reminders, things will become more automatic again but this time with good choices.
