One day last week I was sitting in Nero and I saw my friend walking by the window. She was pushing a double buggy wth 2 of her grandchildren in it.
She didn’t know I was there but as I watched her she had the broadest smile on her face. Seeing her smile made me smile.
It got me thinking about what a positive thing it is to smile when you feel happy. Allowing a smile to spread across your face allows you to really recognise and enjoy the moment.
And if your smile is infectious then you will be doing everyone who sees you a favour.
Because we all lead such busy lives that consume us we often fail to let our emotions through. By recognising our emotions we can really appreciate the good things in life.
Precious moments with grandchildren must be right at the top of the list of great moments to appreciate.
