Today I got back from my morning run and I felt great.
I was totally focussed on looking after myself and so I planned my day to make sure I got a good sleep before another night shift.
I also decided that I was going to eat as nutritiously as possible.
So when I got back from my run I made a cup of herbal tea and had a bowl of fruit and nuts. The perfect snack.
It always amazes me how a few simple self care steps can make you feel AMAZING. And one you feel good a positive state of mind follows and everything seems great.
