This morning my Mum and I went to a didgeridoo and yoga workshop. We have been to a couple of sessions with same didgeridoo player and when we heard he was in the locality again we booked on straight away.
It was the most lovely experience. I felt like yet again I hit new levels of relaxation. I was so deeply relaxed that I was on the very edge of sleep, yet the sound kept my awareness. My mind and body felt like they had experienced a total switch off.
Mindfulness and Meditation really help me to relax every single day. The longer I keep my habit going the more relaxation I seem to find. It really is a cumulative effect. I wouldn’t swap it for anything.
Despite loving my existing relaxation habits and routine I still love to try something new, as an added extra. Looking out for events with different practitioners and different styles really keeps my interest and helps me to broaden my experience. I LOVE it.
The lesson I really learnt today was that less effort means more relaxation. Simply by lying still and letting the music penetrate your body you relax more than you can ever imagine.
Look out for new experiences in your area. Making some time just to lie back and relax has the most brilliant benefits!
