This morning I was tidying up at home. I did a charity bag for a collection which started me off. I sorted the recycling and took it to the wheelie bin and then did the same with the rubbish.
Whilst I was doing it I decided to listen to some talks on youtube. I totally love the concept of Minimalism and it is often in my thoughts.
It was perfect to be listening to Minimalist thoughts and theories whilst actually getting on and doing it – I was decluttering and enjoying every minute! I was totally Mindful. I felt like I was achieving and I got a real buzz from it.
It got me thinking about life in general and how we all have plans and things we like the idea of and want to do one day.
