I have recently signed up to a blog about being Minimalist. I absolutely love it. Every day I get an email to my account inspiring me to be more Minimalist.
When I get the email it reminds me to stick with it. This morning, for example, I was in town early for a meeting and I planned to go shopping afterwards.
As I was about to set off for the shops I got the email. It made me think twice and so instead I went for a lovely walk with my parents and our friend Bryonny. We had a coffee on the walk and sat in the sunshine, it really was perfect!
As we walked along the canal path in the sunshine I fully recognised that NO possession could ever bring this level of happiness.
I loved it. A great place and great company.
Reminders to come back to the moment are in all different forms. Establishing some reminders that work for you is a great way to bring yourself back to enjoying life to the full more often.
