Today I was talking to my friend about Mindfulness.
We were talking about how in life, sometime something absolutely awful happens. Things can be so awful that keeping your mind from them seems impossible.
Mindfulness can help.
It doesn’t alway solve things.
It doesn’t always make things better.
But it does help.
The ability to take our mind to something else is ALWAYS useful.
So whatever is going on for you – give it a go. Mindfulness could be a good tool.
