Valentines day gives us the ideal reminder to stop and appreciate feelings of love that often go unnoticed.
Every day we all take for granted SO many feelings. We can be so busy that we don’t even recognise emotion when it arises.
It doesn’t matter whether you have a partner to send you a card. The day is an occasion to be thankful for all your feelings of love. A day to start noticing your emotions again.
Writing a list is a great way to keep yourself on track with this exercise of Mindful awareness.

Jot down a list of all the things that give you the sensation of love.
A contact with your pet.
