Keeping your Mindfulness habit enjoyable its the he key to sticking with it and to it changing your life.
If Meditation becomes a chore then your chances of sticking with it are much reduced.
I LOVE to fit in mini moments of Mindfulness during my every day.
This morning I sat and Meditated as usual. Since then I have managed quite a few moments of Mindful awareness.
Some were otherwise nothing moments, nothing spectacular – like when I sat waiting in the car for Martyn to come back from a shop he popped into. I simply tuned into my breath and kept my focus there as much as possible.
Another more amazing moment was when I sat in the sunshine in the garden and I smiled at the warmth of the sun on my back.
There are experiences in every moment to allow us the opportunity to be Mindful. Staying motivated and interested is the key to recognising and using these moment.
A huge time commitment it totally not necessary when you decide to be more Mindful. An open mind is more important and is something you can cultivate.
