Last weekend Noah and I went to a local village fete. It was a lovely sunny afternoon and we pottered around and really relaxed.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was a tug of war. Noah was able to take part in a fun version which he loved.
The main competition was between the young farmers and the pub chefs. The young farmers definitely had the advantage.
All of the men in the tug of war looked big and strong. It seemed to me that the difference in terms of who won was down to organisation and confidence.
The young farmers got into their stride immediately, as a team they came together and pulled their way to victory, seemingly without much difficulty at all.
It got me thinking about the parallel with mental strength.
When you train your brain through regular meditation you become much more confident in your mental ability. Once you have confidence in your ability you can go from strength to strength.
To get your brain in training to become stronger and fitter book onto a Revitalise Session. You will start to feel the difference in no time at all.
