I have this feeling that teenage girls are likely to be interested in celebreties and a quick search on google highlights just how many stars are practising Meditation as a way to deal with the hectic nature of their lives.

It seems that Mindfulness is the ideal skill to learn in order to cope with the mental chatter created by a busy lifestyle in the public eye. It can give a crucial break when it is most needed.
Whether we worry about the paparazzi or worry about a test at school Mindfulness can help. By focussing on the present moment the mind settles and other worries fade into the background.
