Today I did a lunch time Meditation- and then had the best snooze EVER!
I usually try to Meditate in the morning – but today my little boy and my little puppy got in first!
So later on when I got the chance… I took my chance.
I did a Meditation focusing on my breath. Then after that I got into bed and had the deepest sleep. It was just what I needed.
Getting to sleep can be a problem for so many people. The trick is to set yourself up in the best possible way to allow sleep to come.
Meditation is perfect for this. By allowing your thoughts to settle and your mind to unwind you provide just the right circumstances for a good rest!
