Last week my tummy was really not right. Every now and then this happens when I totally over do one type of food. I was bloated and uncomfortable and I could feel it impacting on my mood.
I couldn’t put my finger on what had done it this time. Often it is too much fruit but I couldn’t work out what I had done to upset my digestive system.
So I went into my local health food shop to ask for some advice. I had been reading about pre biotics and probiotics and so I got myself kitted out and things are now SO much better. I feel more in balance and more comfortable.
One thing that Mindfulness has definitely done for my well being and health is to teach me to listen to my body.
If things aren’t right then taking a proactive step to sort them out is so empowering. It makes me feel so POSITIVE and HAPPY when I can resolve things by taking the time to look after myself. I feel a sense of achievement.
So if something isn’t right with your body learn to listen and if you need to take some advice about how to sort it out then do.
You will be so pleased with yourself and feelings of positivity are AMAZING for your well being.
