Tonight I lost my blog. It was all done, i’d checked it and then went to publish it and the whole thing just vanished!
I could have screamed, I could have cried, but no, I was mindful!
I think it had something to do with my post meditation clear mind.
I was super calm and almost immediately the idea sprung into my mind that I could write my blog about loosing my blog! perfect.
So as I type this I am totally mindful and present in the moment, I am saving after every couple of lines!
I am tired and so I have made the decision to be kind to myself, to keep it simple and not to try and repeat the previous blog which was more in depth.
There is no particular photo to go with this blog so I shall just pick a nice one! No stress, no worry, it really doesn’t matter!
…but as it happens I am not going to make a mountain out of a molehill! (still humour in me – see!)
So if you have a mini disaster in your life try to keep your cool. Something simple and just as effective could result. Perhaps it was meant to be, ce la vie.
