Today I met my lovely friend Hannah for coffee. We had a big chat about food.
We were taking about our eating habits and the new delicious and healthy things we had discovered recently.
Hannah is in love with a turmeric soup she has been making, and I was telling her about my effort to make my own sauerkraut – which is ongoing.
So when I got home, inspired by our healthy food chatter I made myself an amazing lunch.
Brown rice, avocados, iceberg lettuce, lime and chilli and a dash of flaxseed oil. ummmmmmm…..perfect. I LOVED it.
Talking about healthy food is a great way to keep your good intentions at the forefront of your mind.
Afterwards we had this text exchange which just demonstrated the positivity of our food based communication!
