On Sunday we had my lovely Godmother and her husband over.
We made Sunday lunch and they came laden with goodies for pudding.
The great thing was it was totally healthy! And everyone loved it.
The fruit was just amazing – it couldn’t have been a nicer pudding.
I think the best way to stay healthy is to start with your shopping. If you only buy the things you know are good for you then they are the only things you have in to eat.
When healthy food is your only choice you totally enjoy it and realise how much better it makes you feel.
Mindfulness is a great tool for curing old habits and forming new ones. By being present in the moment you make conscious decisions about your actions rather than falling into the same old traps.
