Remembering to be Mindful can be tricky.
When life is busy we get caught up in our own word of thinking.
I am always looking for new ways to remember to bring myself back to the moment. This week flowers have been my prompt.
The daffodils that are about at the moment are so beautiful – and not expensive either.
The other day they were at the check out in the supermarket for 99p. So I got 4 bunches and gave 3 of them to friends. I kept one bunch for myself. For my Mindfulness.
I split my bunch and put them round the house in small bottles. Now each time I see the flowers I smile and have a moment of Mindfulness! Perfect.
Thinking up new Mindful Reminders can make such a difference to your daily life. Do it often and keep it interesting and you will learn to love a more Mindful way of life.
