Looking back through my photos from bonfire night I was struck by what a Mindful experience it was for me.
Just the photo took me back to that lovely feeling of standing in the warmth and being captivated by the crackling of the fire. I just LOVED it.
When we pay attention to what is really going on and we find ourselves enjoying it completely we really are Mindful. When we are totally Mindful we remember things more clearly.
Mindfulness really can be this simple. Enjoy more moments and be totally present more often with some Revitalise Days training.
