Everyone likes different styles of meditation. There are so many. Some focus on objects, some focus on mantras and others allow you to simply focus on the breath.
When you try out meditation is is really important to try different types and to stay open minded. If one style doesn’t suit try another.
The meditation that I teach is focussed on relaxation and brain training but there are so many different exercises that I can always find something to suit the individual.
The exercises are simple and the real benefit comes when you repeat often. You will learn to love the extra head space.
