How often have you eaten a meal and then afterward realised that you don’t remember much about it? With snacking this can happen more often.
Last week my friend Hannah sent me this photo of a new Naked bar that is out in the shops. I LOVE these bars because they are made only with fruit and nuts and yet they achieve the most amazing flavours.
A quick picture was all it took and I was inspired to make my next snack a healthy and delicious one.
It happened again this morning….
I met my friend Barbara in the swimming pool changing room. Post swim she had a delicious looking smoothy and I came home totally motivated to get back in to smoothies – I haven’t one for ages.
Taking on board what friends can do for you is such a positive way to keep yourself on track. It happens with diet but it also happens with all sorts of behaviour – if you are just open to it.
