Last week I went on a Meditation session which was run by an amazing Australian man. He played the didgeridoo and for an hour and all I had to do was to lie back and let the sound infiltrate my body and mind.
It really was a mind blowing experience. By the end of the session my mind was working on a completely different frequency.
He told us at the beginning of the session that the energy from the didge would go right through us. We are 80% water and sound travels through water.
The sound from the didge allows you to achieve deeply meditative brain wave states in a relatively short period.
So today on my lunch break I put my headphones on and put some didge music on. After 15 minutes my body and mind truly felt like they had been reset. Even with recorded music the didge had a powerful effect.
I love to try different styles of meditation. Trying something new keeps it interesting and enjoyable.
