Mind body connection.
The feel good factor that comes from making good choices and vice versa.
Lunch break – healthy lunch provided.
SESSION FIVE –Revitalising Your Well Being In The Spring.
Understanding personal responsibility.
Appreciation of the impact of expectation – self and others.
The awareness that transformation is possible.
A guided meditation to finish – meeting the inner you.
Participants can expect to leave the session equipped to begin a mindful approach to their diet and well being.
