This Revitalise Day runs from 10am to around 3pm and includes

Understanding the importance of regular practice and developing a routine.
The concept of focus in life and during periods of change.
The breath as the key to success and the anchor through changing circumstances.
Use of this technique in everyday life promoting success.
SESSION FOUR – NOURISHMENT OF THE BODY.
A healthy body and a healthy mind and the confidence this creates.
The feel good factor that comes from making good choices and vice versa.
Foods that make us feel good and look good.
Mindful food preparation and eating.
Lunch break – a delicious healthy lunch made using the finest summer ingredients
SESSION FIVE –REVITALISATION.
Understanding success and the role of change in life.
Appreciation of the impact of expectation – self and others.
The awareness that transformation is possible.
Techniques for transforming.
A guided meditation to finish – meet the new confident you.
Participants can expect to leave the session equipped to begin a mindful approach to life, with the knowledge necessary to go forward with a meditation routine and with the confidence and inspiration to achieve greater success in their lives.
