SESSION THREE – A DAILY PRACTICE.
Understanding the importance of regular practice and developing a routine.
The concept of being with ‘what is’.
The breath as the anchor.
Use of this technique in everyday life.
SESSION FOUR – NOURISHMENT OF THE BODY.
A healthy body and a healthy mind.
The feel good factor that comes from making good choices and vice versa.
You are what you eat.
Foods that feed our brains and foods that heal.
Mindful food preparation and eating.
Lunch break – healthy lunch provided.
SESSION FIVE –REVITALISATION.
Understanding personal responsibility.
Appreciation of the impact of expectation – self and others.
The awareness that transformation is possible.
Techniques for transforming.
A guided meditation to finish – meeting the inner you.
Participants can expect to leave the session equipped to begin a mindful approach to life, with the knowledge necessary to go forward with a meditation routine and with the inspiration to achieve a greater sense of balance in their lives.
