Yesterday when I was working I tried something new. Rather than going on the internet or rushing about in my work breaks I took a proper break.
I did some colouring!
Noah had left his colouring book on my desk and it seemed like a good thing to do. I LOVED it. It gave my eyes a break from the screen and it let my mind have some chill out time.
