This morning I over coffee’d. I had 2 at home early on and then went out and had a large one in a coffee shop. When I then went to the supermarket the coffee sickness kicked in!
Too much caffeine always makes me feel sick. I should have known better!
But Mindfulness always helps to get me through. Rather than panicking I knew what to do…I chilled out by focussing on my breath and soon enough it passed.
Mindfulness really helps to put some perspective on things. Rather than getting in tiz when my body doesn’t feel great it gives me the calm to wait and let things settle.
Nothing is permanent, especially not coffee sickness. Just realising this provides a relief!
