Last night my lovely friend Kaya came to stay. We hadn’t caught up for ages so we had absolutely loads to say to each other.
Before we knew it the time had flown and it was after 2am! I couldn’t believe it.
So today I felt a bit exhausted.
I sat to meditate and my tiredness faded. I felt settled and relaxed and it no longer seemed to matter that I ideally needed more sleep.
Giving your mind and body a rest by sitting to meditate can have amazing results. Sleep is great but if you don’t have time a quick Meditation session could be just the fix you need.
A Meditation lets your thoughts settle, gives you a break from thinking and lets your body stop and recharge. A lightbulb moment. Perfect.
