Last night I woke at 2.34am and my mind began to race.
Of all things I was worrying about my Hotmail!
I have been having trouble logging on for days and the urgency of getting it sorted seemed so important in the middle of the night!
So to sort myself out I went back to basics with a simple meditation.
I lay flat on my back and put my hands on my tummy to help to bring my attention to my breath.
I Focussed on the rising and falling of my tummy.
Each time my mind went back to my Hotmail I brought it back to my breath. I was asleep before I knew it. Perfect.
If you have trouble sleeping and find that your mind will not switch off then try this easy trick – even if your mind wanders time and time again stick with it. It will work in the end.
