This Boxing Day my mission is to get some fresh air. Lots of family time is lovely but it can also mean lots of time inside.
I love to be outdoors. The fresh air and a bit of gentle exercise really works wonders for me. It uplifts me and makes me feel totally energised.
So if you are feeling a bit of a slump after the big day how about making your Mindful challenge, an outdoors one.
Go out and take in the view, notice the temperature of the air on your skin. Feel the ground under your feet. Enjoy just being how you are. However you are.
