So I took a blog break for a couple weeks and I MISSED IT!
I thought about taking the break to clear some extra time in my day but I actually realised that doing my blog actually makes space.
It makes me stop and sit still and reflect. PERFECT!
Writing is a really Mindful activity for me. Writing about being Mindful and positive and minimal is like self therapy!
SO this morning when I sat to Meditate and my mind was clear I just knew it was time to get back on the blog!
And already I feel better, I have a smile on my face and I feel quite inspired about the future of my blogs!
