Hi, I’m Alex, the voice behind Revitalise Days.
I am a TOTAL Mindfulness and Meditation believer. I LOVE it. It really does have the power to make everything better.
I teach relaxation and brain training in all sorts of setting. I coach individuals and groups within schools and businesses.
Life is pretty busy for me so I know how to make mindfulness work in real life.
I have a little boy called Noah who is now 5. I am a lawyer who works night shifts. I have 2 horses who need my attention every day. I run most days and thrive on exercise. And I still have lots of energy!
My well being is a HUGE priority for me, not least because I got diagnosed with MS after Noah was born, so I make keeping myself well my priority. Meditating every day makes everything else in my life happen, and makes me happy and POSITIVE!
Eating well is really important to me and I follow a whole food, plant based diet to overcome MS. Having the dedication to stick to the diet really is down to mindfulness.
I became a mindfulness and well-being coach because I want to help others achieve a good balance in their lives. I want others to benefit from the amazing changes that brain training can bring.
