How was it for you?

I was running in beautiful snow covered countryside this morning. Before I knew it I was planning all the things I needed to do before work. Caught up in all of this I’d done another mile without noticing! Once I realised I stopped and enjoyed the amazing view. I finished the rest of my run with a grin on my face -enjoying every icy step!
Mindfulness isn’t about sitting still – it’s about getting the most out of everything we do.
